Dear Professor,

Pursuant to your letter of April 10th, I am pleased to inform you that on 13 May 2010, the General Assembly of the United Nations unanimously adopted a resolution on the "Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases", presented by the CARICOM Countries.
